Employee Relations Consultant

Working within the Head Office in West London, as Employee Relations Consultant you will work as part of a strong Human Resources team to provide a specialist service to the retail employees within the business. Working in close partnership with Regional and Store Managers, you will provide an effective and timely support of complex employee relations issues. Based in West London, this role will require a certain amount of travel as necessary to support the retail side of the business.

Who we're looking for
With a solid background in a highly responsive employee relations driven environment, you will have good generalist HR experience. You must have an excellent understanding of most recent employment law and current legislation and be able to advise and support accordingly. Multi site retail experience would be advantageous
