Reporting to the Finance Director of this high profile and dynamic business, which has circa £600m turnover you will take full responsibility for the financial accounting and treasury functions. Managing a highly skilled team you will influence and solve problems at all levels of the business. As a result you will have considerable exposure across the group and with external parties, playing a key part in developing and implementing financial best practice and control procedures. This is a rare chance to help shape the future of one of the market leaders within its sector and work with an already extremely impressive senior management team.

Who we're looking for
Whilst there is a strong technical element to this post that requires a ACA qualification and corporate experience, it is in fact the interpersonal skills of any applicant that will determine whether or not they are successful. Strong management experience and a desire to continually challenge and improve is also crucial to fit within the culture of this constantly changing organisation.
