As a Buying Controller you will manage a team of buyer to deliver top and bottom line growth. The business area you will be accountable for will include household goods and toiletries. In addition to a direct team of reports you will need to work cross functionally to ensure the broader business supports your category plans.

Who we're looking for
An experienced retail buying manager with previous P&L accountability for a category. Having managed at least 3 buyers you will have worked within a recognised retail environment. While direct product experience is not essential it would be a significant advantage. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and relish the autonomy that this role offers.
