• To be responsible for the profitable operation of client portfolio against budget.
• Take a pro-active role in visiting clients and carrying out customer care to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery.
• Implement strategy to ensure budgeted needs are met.
• Take a lead role in resource planning in respect of planned and reactive maintenance.
Who we're looking for
A talented operational and client facing ContractManager, with a proven record of performance and financial success in Facilities Management or Maintenance contracting, ideally in the Retail sector.
