An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to work alongside this sole General Counsel covering all aspects of Commercial Contracts for the business. You will liaise closely with the sales force and shall review, draft and negotiate all contracts from a value of 100,000 to 1,000,000.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record in Contract Management with experience in the high tech industry. This would suit a junior lawyer or an experienced contracts manager
