Tchibo are seeking an IT Manager to manage IT systems and roll-out new IT solutions across both its businesses. A strong understanding of systems, applications and hands on management would make you the ideal candidate for this role. Tchibo is a business with high standards, drive and desire to succeed and are looking for a candidate with the same values.This candidate should be a passionate career driven individual, who can manage the small UK based IT team working along side the lead IT team in Germany to drive projects and operational work forward to strengthen the business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal IT Manager will have a background in the following:

• Managing various IT Projects through the full life cycle.
• Quality resolution of user queries, being an approachable and strong communicator who is able to liaise with all departments on all levels.
• Managing budgets.
• Exposure to helpdesk and desktop support, having risen through the technical ranks to management level.
• Management of third party suppliers and service level agreements.
• Leading a technical IT team.
• Windows based environment.
• Management of large scale system implementation and roll-out of systems

Exposure to these skills while not essential would be beneficial:

• EPOS
• SAP
• German language.
