The responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Manager will be to mobilise and develop the organisations Facilities Management accounts. You will have full P & L responsibilities, and have the financial acumen to manage extensive budgetary requirements.It will be imperative that you have the ability build client relationships and a team of dedicated staff around you.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Senior Contracts Manager will have a strong understanding of the Facilities Management industry and be based in the Midlands. You will ideally have BIFM or equivalent qualification with an in-depth knowledge of managing large regional contracts. It will be essential that the individual has a good understanding of Health and Safety policies and a diplomatic approach to management.
