CADline Ltd specialises in design system software sales (CAD), consultancy and integration for the Construction, Infrastructure, Process and Plant, Building Services and Utility industries. Markets under development include Facilities Management and Geo Spatial. Due to significant YOY growth, they are looking for senior sales executives to maximise sales revenue and meet sales targets by providing effective bespoke solutions that meet the needs of the customer.
CADline is one of only two Autodesk Premier Solution Partners in the UK as well as the largest Autodesk Authorised Training Centre. You will be selling into a variety of companies that span from multi disciplined blue chip organisations to small private businesses such as Architectural practises.
Key accountabilities:
1. Planning and prioritising personal sales activities and prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales and new business targets.
2. Developing new accounts by identifying prospects, building relationships and maximising sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.
3. Staying aware at all times of industry and market developments and the potential opportunities available to target.
4. Fully utilising CADline's competitive advantage in all interactions to broaden and extend the reach of the customer base.
5. Analysing competitor activity and using this knowledge to increase CADline's market share.
6. Liaising with internal sales support to ensure that all sales activity is followed up appropriately.
Who we're looking for
You will currently be working as a sales professional with a demonstrable track record of genuine solution sales, most likely coming from the IT sector.
Key skills required:
5 GCSE's Grade C or above including Maths and English Previous B2B field sales experience including the acquisition of new business and account development.
Experience of relationship building, account development and of a competitive field sales environment.
Experience of date management and accurate sales forecasting.
MS Office including intermediate level Excel and Word.
Quote generation.
Proven ability to meet targets.
Accurate Forecasting
Financial negotiation
Involved in the whole sales cycle with responsibility of closing sale and ongoing business development.
Selling at all levels within businesses both at a technical and commercial level.
Demonstrable sales achievement record.
