This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Betterware Buying team as a Buyer, reporting directly into the Trading Manager. This role will have a strong focus on new product development for our own brand products and Health & Beauty range and therefore the successful candidate must possess new product development experience.

The main responsibilities of this role are:
•To achieve sales and margin targets for specific category as laid out in Business Plan
•Responsibility for portfolio of products initially within Health & Beauty
•Use your creative flavor to identify new product opportunity's
•The development and creation of new skus.
•To monitor sales and margin and develop plans to maximise profitability.
•To develop effective relationships with Stock Control, Planning, Catalogue Design and Logistics to resolve issues/improve efficiencies.
•To monitor competitor product range and price.

Who we're looking for
You will currently be working as a buyer or assistant buyer with experience gained within a retail or mail order environment and will be of graduate calibre. You will have excellent negotiation and numeracy skills, strong commerciality and will have a demonstrable track record of growth in your category. You will be an authority in your sector and you will posses the creativity and ambition to produce the results required. Most importantly you should have a strong track record of NPD, possibly gained within a Non Food retail environment.
