Reporting into the office Director as the Head of Agency you will be responsible for providing general agency advice on all types of commercial property. This will include lettings, sales, acquisitions, development and marketing advice to existing clients. You will lead the Agency Team in the Middlesbrough office and the company as a whole in conjunction with the agency teams across the group.
Who we're looking for
Preferably MRICS qualified with at least 3 years experience within the industry. The successful candidate will need to have a strong character and have good interpersonal skills as this will be a client facing role. You will need to be able to get to the Middlesbrough office at least 3 days a week.
