This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely aspirational Ladies Fashion brand and to make your mark in a focused environment. You will be accountable for approximately 75 Stores,5 Area Managers, and £160-180 million turnover.

- Capacity to build strong business relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidence and ability to influence to all levels of personnel
- Strong analytical skills
- Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results
- Ability to balance strategic and tactical thinking and to see the 'big picture'
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current experience operating at a similar level, preferably within a fashion brand.
