Project Leader

The Project Leader will be responsible for the successful delivery of a number of projects from inception through to product launch. You will be the facilitator that drives forward and improves the Product Development Process ensuring all key stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities, timescales, deliverables, specifications and project business cases. You will manage communication flows and trade-offs through regular reporting and meetings to ensure decisions are made. You will also coordinate team leaders to ensure key milestones are adhered to.

This is an autonomous role where you will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders in the business, own and improve the Product Development Process and reduce the total timescales involved.

Who we're looking for
The successful individual will be someone who is looking to develop their career as a Project Manager and looking to gain more autonomy.

You will have experience of driving through projects or product development from inception to completion. You will have achieved this to timescales and managed the variables accordingly to achieve the overall objective. You will be an assertive and confident character, be commercially minded with a strong personality to influence senior management.
