The Project and Programme Manager will be employed to actively lead our External Development Team across Bedfordshire, you'll play a key role within our Property Development Team to drive forward the innovative re-branding and conversion programme fora market leading restaurant chain. Making sure they meet deadline, quality standards and budget. You'll work with a wide range of teams to ensure that these projects run successfully and the brand meets its annual objectives.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
· Provide project management and direction in the redevelopment of the restaurant brands.
· Head up team of external consultants to deliver projects on time, to standard and to budget
· Maximising the return on development and focus investment to achieve high efficiency of expenditure
· Manage a Capital Investment of circa £40m per annum
· Supporting the design and development of the company model and then work with the consultant team to optimise the investment and achieve a stable model cost base.
· Liaising with internal teams to drive the approval process for projects and ensure yearly targets are achieved.

Your skills and qualifications will include:
· Good track record in project managing high value multiple complex refurbishment projects in the hospitality, leisure and/or retail industry
· A high level of self-motivation and outstanding leadership skills
· Experience in delivering change to improve project time cost and quality.
· Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong commercial outlook
