You will be assisting the Audit Manager in providing clients with an independent and objective consultancy service to the Accountable Officers, Boards and Audit Committees. This will include:
- Co-coordinating, delivering and presenting audit plans within specified timescales and budgets
- Providing independent advice to audit managers and directors
- Delivery of audit work that complies with mandatory Audit Standards and best practice.
- Undertaking operational and risk based audits designed to form an opinion
- Reporting on the effectiveness of controls and the effective use of resources
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant with a relevant audit experience.
