A leading organisation in Dundee currently requires anHR Director to join its established HR function. In this role you will be reporting into the senior management team, leading and managing HR through a period of change and development. You will also focus on implementing policies and procedures and influencing strategy.
Applicants must be well qualified and have a proven track record in successful HR management. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, together with experience of job evaluation, policy development and computerised HR systems are essential.
Who we're looking for
• Proven track record in HR management in an established organisation.
• Hands on experience of disciplinary, grievance, restructuring & redundancy procedures.
•Knowledge and understanding of Employment Legislation.
• Demonstrable ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others at all levels, with particular credibility at leading management levels.
• Successful track record in HR policy development.
• Experienced user of HR systems.
• Proven team leadership and change management skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
