Every wanted the opportunity to run your own business but were worried about making the jump? My client is looking for a UK Country Manager to run the independent UK sales arm for one of the worlds largest names in shooting and field sport equipment. You will be employed by a privately owned Sales business who are the sole distributor and sales agent for this global brand in the UK. You will personally take responsibility for driving the sales activity of a small but well established team and reporting directly into the owner of the business (with a dotted line into the manufacturing board), you will develop initiatives and marketing strategies that will get you closer to the established client base, building long term effective relationships with the retailers and increase your profile within the sport.

Who we're looking for
A progressive and successful sales manager ideally from within the field / country sports retail arena. With a demonstrable history of delivering incremental sales growth personally and through a team, you will possess the true entrepreneurial mindset that is required in run your own business. There is a strong profit forecast moving forward and you will be key to grow this business, diversify the product offering and increase market exposure for the range.

About our client
My client is looking for a UK Country Manager to run an independent UK sales arm of one of the worlds largest names in shooting and field sport equipment. Within the next couple of years the owner of the business will be looking to back out of the business and it is expected that the UK Country Manager will supersede him and purchase the business. The benefit is that you will have the opportunity to learn from the outgoing owner and understand the market before making the move to ownership. A really exciting challenge for the right individual.
