As a result of securing a new long-term contract with Aston Martin BI is now looking to strengthen the leadership of this high profile account. BI require an experienced Account Director to help define strategy and manage a strong and experienced Account team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Account Director for BI has -
• Credible experience within an agency environment or significant client side experience, ideally working with a luxury/prestigious brand.
• Clear and in-depth knowledge of customer satisfaction research techniques and provision of Customer Insight
• Passion for quality and high motivation to succeed
• Significant experience in a planning or client service role
