Working as an Induction Trainer you will deliver professional and credible Induction events to new joiners within this Service organisation. You will have an existing programme to deliver, but will also have the scope to improve and evolve this as required for the needs of the business and delegates. You will also deliver a range of other training initiatives including new product launches, refresher training and also softer skills training.

Who we're looking for
An engaging presenter, you will enjoy delivering to employees of all levels and be able to keep the events fresh and lively. You will be resilient to change, operating in an organisation that evolves rapidly which will require you to be flexible with your diary and the content of your delivery. You will have a proven track record of training delivery ideally from a Financial Services, Business to Consumer, Call Centre or Sales environment.
