Contour Global is seeking to expand its Engineering team with highly motivated individuals seeking an opportunity to provide business critical services to Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Cogeneration power businesses.

Specifically, Contour Global is seeking strong technical candidates with excellent leadership skills and a mechanical engineering bias to provide design services and guidance on all mechanical issues that would be used in an industrial setting to produce power in excess of 1MW. In this lead role you will be responsible for major technical issues related to the design and operation of CHP engines and systems and provide technical and design advice on all mechanical engineering issues.

Who we're looking for
Candidates will have a track record in conceptual engineering, design, installation, testing, and commissioning and operation of CHP engines in excess of 1MW or very similar technologies in the Power Generation sector. Candidate withabackgroundin design projects from oil, gas, Power Generation, chemicals and the process industry will also be considered.

All candidates must have excellent leadership, interpersonal and project management skills and be looking to further your career with an organisation that combines the best of a major corporation with the entrepreneurial spirit of new business.
The role is based in their UK offices in Newcastle with extensive travel required within the role globally. Relocation assistance is available.

Their UK operation is based in Newcastle where the role will be based
