Regional Mortgage Manager - East Midlands

As a Regional Mortgage Manager - East Midlands your role will be to provide inspirational leadership to mortgage teams (mortgage advisers, Personal Banking Advisors Level 2 Mortgages and non-advised Branch Managers) across the various branches of your region. Sales and service will be two key areas of focus whilst ensuring that regulatory standards are met. You'll be constantly looking for new ways to drive performance, sharing best practice across the team, and providing mortgage sellers with expert coaching and development wherever they need it.

Who we're looking for
To deliver in this role as a Regional Mortgage Manager East Midlands , you'll need to combine a proven track record in sales with an understanding of what makes for excellent customer service. You must be fully CeMap qualified or equivalent. You'll also need to be a highly credible figure with excellent training skills.
