Divisional Finance Director

As Finance Director you will have overall responsibility and control of the finances of a business scalable to £500m.
Working closely with the Managing Director and the remainder of the Divisional Board you will contribute to the strategic planning and commercial initiatives that will help drive the business forward.
You will be required to combine strong financial analysis & appraisal techniques across a range of contracts/bids coupled with a robust understanding of commercial risk management.
You should be capable of initiating commercially viable and creative solutions to developing new business.
In addition you will be expected to manage all financial and management information reporting as required by the Plc group finance function.
You should have proven project management skills capable of delivering a major systems change programme as an end-user - on time and budget.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a qualified (CCAB) finance professional with a track-record of having operated at Divisional level within a similar scale of business.
We are seeking someone with current or recent experience of property asset management who would be very familiar with the CAPEX on property - with particular reference to current and proposed government regulations covering 'Green Buildings'.
You should be strongly business-minded with a demonstrable track record of having contributed to the development of new businesses initiatives' and in particular, large bids/tenders.
You should be equally at ease with managing and controlling the reporting of numbers to the Group in a 'no surprises' business culture.
You should be confident, robust and direct yet someone with humility and integrity.
