This is your opportunity to play a pivitol role in the ongoing growth and expansion of our client,sourcing and acquiring new sites and securing planning permission.
Other day to day activities will include:
• Actively leading external teams of architects, planners, solicitors and quantity surveyors
• Devising and presenting new investment proposals
• Closely monitoring activity in your region, and beyond if necessary
• Regularly reporting to our Brand Executive and Investment Committees
Who we're looking for
Your proven development will be pivotal in this opportunity, coupled with a strong understanding of the hotel and out of town leisure sectors. With a naturally tenacious attitude, you'll be eager to achieve greater results and will use your well-honed negotiating skills to acquire property on favourable terms. Able to effectively work with a range of people, you'll be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidates should;
• Have aproven track record acquisitions for a major hotel group / leisure company or private practice agency
• Possess a strong knowledge of property, planning practice and property law
• Relishing the opportunity to secure a large number of deals quickly and effectively
• Posses first-class communication skills and excellent commercial judgment
•Be a chartered surveyor (MRICS) or on course to qualify.
