Reporting directly to the Head of Creative you will be responsible for taking the creative lead on experience design projects for this Surrey based agency.

• Working within project teams, you will drive the creative vision to ensure the delivery of superior marketing solutions, which exceed the clients' expectations, meet their budget requirements and fulfil the agency's business goals.
• Working with the Head of Creative, other CD's and members of the Experience Design team, you will play a leading role in the development of concepts and will then be responsible for presenting coherently and in a compelling manner the direction designs for specific events to clients and others.
• You will be a leading member in a team environment; motivating and managing other creative staff and freelance talent, as well as interfacing effectively with other departments within the company.

Pivotal to the success both of winning and executing excellent pieces of work as well as shaping the creativity of the whole company.

Who we're looking for
As Creative Director you will have:
• A creative approach to work and be creative by nature.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as creative and artistic presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of brand positioning, industry trends.
• Ability to convey ideas in an aural presentation in an exciting and engaging manner.
• The ability to work in collaboration with the internal departments in bringing concepts to life and finding innovative ways of achieving this within a client budget without compromising on quality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to enthuse and motivate clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of 2D and 3D graphics programs
• Must be able to provide examples of previous work if requested at interview.
