As a Sales Floor Controller for this major high street brand, your key responsibilities will be to drive the profitability of your store through the performance of your team. Hitting sales and service targets should be your passion and drive with a 'will to win' should be easy to see.

Who we're looking for
A sales and target focussed who has a history of delivering results within a similar environment. You will be used to targets and KPI's being a continual focus within the business.
