An excellent opportunity to work as a Lead Manager, based in the Midlands/North England, for a consulting firm working in the Education sector. This management consultancy works across various educational bodies on projects of differing levels with the aim of implementing cultural change programmes and supporting local authorities. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for leading all consultancy assignments and facilitating the Clients' desired outcomes. The Lead Consultant will be required to coordinate and manage the activities of the assignment team with, or on behalf of the Client Director.
Who we're looking for
The right person for this role will be of graduate calibre and have relevant public sector Lead Consultant experience.
Suitable individuals should have:
• Knowledge of, or a background in education
• The ability to be self sufficient while being able to work in and lead teams
• The ability to deliver on schedule
• Excellent communication skills to deliver on all levels of a business
