Reporting to the Marketing Controller, there are fantastic opportunities to work on market leading and iconic brands.
The roles will focus on:
• Working with the Marketing Controller to lead the development of strategic brand and growth plans
• Write and implement the 2009 brand plans and develop longer-term strategy
• Develop price and promotional strategy, performance monitoring systems, product improvement strategy
• Full mix marketing campaigns, Above and Below the Line,including Television advertising
• Driving profitable growth for the brand and as part of the wider commercial team
• Coaching, supporting and providing ongoing development for direct reports
These roles are fully Profit and Loss responsible and play a key part in driving strategic development and profitable growth of high profile brands within the business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and full mix marketing campaigns.
Who we're looking for
You will be a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager looking to take responsibility for one the the most iconic and high profile brands in the UK market.
Your key attributes will be:
• A passion for brands and strong consumer understanding
• You will have led communication strategies and successful advertising campaigns
• In-depth strategic thinking and sound business judgement
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team working skills
You will be working for a company that requires people with high levels of drive and energy. You will be need to resilient and able to cope with the pace and responsibility of a high profile brand and a team of marketers.
