Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment and tenders of all contracts undertaken by the team.
You will be responsible for estimating and measuring small works. You will also be required to manage multiple contracts at any one time and also be required to monitor cash collection.
You will have day to day contact with Clients and Contractors and as such will be assisting with the planning of works.
Who we're looking for
Contracts are predominantly -but not exclusively Social Housing. Therefore candidates must be familiar with the National Housing Federation of Rates schedule and be able to demonstrate experience within a similar role.
You will be self motivated and able to work as part of a team and wanting to progress you career within a growing organisation.
