Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive, develop and implement specific category programmes. Negotiate and manage key supplier relationships, lead supplier rationalisation projects. Take ownership of contract compliance and directly support the Head of Procurement in the growth of the procurement department and the implementation of best practice.
Who we're looking for
Outstanding Strategic Sourcing Manager to work with a growing public sector procurement based in the Berkshire region.
Required skills and achievements:
• CIPS qualification.
• Strong knowledge of best practice procurement strategy.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiation and significant cost savings.
• Knowledge of EU Procurement Law.
