The key duties of the role will include managing contracts, liaising with clients, motivating and managing staff, attending meetings and producing reports.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will ideally have the following experience :
• Experience in new build & refurbishment contracts.
• Management of Social Housing contracts.
• Knowledge of client Partnering.
• Good Presentation and Communication skills plus a customer focused approach.
