• To provide the Business with pragmatic, commercially aware, timely and accessible corporate and commercial legal advice as directed and coordinated by the Senior Legal Manager and to ensure the business takes any corporate and commercial legal risks with the full knowledge and understanding as to the eventuality and consequences of those risks.
• To undertake drafting, contract negotiation, advisory work and all other legal related tasks to support the Business in its corporate and commercial activities.
• To highlight to the Business legal risks relating to corporate and commercial areas and, where possible, provide solutions.
• To ensure that strong relationships are maintained with key areas of the business so that corporate and commercial legal advice is sought proactively and corporate risk is thereby minimised.
Who we're looking for
UK Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (or overseas equivalent). Previous experience in high tech industry desirable.
