We are seeking both an Assistant Director and a Manager to join our client's market leading Mergers and Acquisitions team based in the booming European oil and gas capital of Aberdeen. These roles have come about through increased corporate activity in Aberdeen, and therefore our client is capitalising upon the opportunity to expand.
You will provide leadership and support to the team, which works on some of the highest profile oil and gas deals in the market. You will be providing expertise from pre-deal support to deal completion and post deal integration or separation. You will also assist with the development and promotion of the practice both internally and externally.
This is a key role requiring driven and experienced individuals.
Who we're looking for
With excellent academics and technical ability, combined with first-class interpersonal and leadership skills, you will be ambitious, driven and motivated to succeed. A demonstrable track record of achievement in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions is a pre-requisite, and experience and knowledge of the oil and gas sector is an advantage, however not essential.
