The new Financial Controller of Geoservices in the process of building a strong team to support the company's growth strategy.
Based in the Aberdeen team as Accounts Manager you will be second in command to the Financial Controller, working closely with with him, assisting in the month end close in the UK, Norway and Russia. You will also have a key involvement in the following:
•Supporting acquisition projects.
• Running and reporting on a budget of $75M for the region.
• A new system upgrade and implementation.
• The change from branch to subsidiary accounting.
• Setting up all new reports to support this and procedures for the month end close.
• Overseeing a small transaction processing team in3 locations.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a good part qualified Accountant with a solid history in oil and gas and multi currency transactions.
Confident in your abilities you will work closely with the Financial Controller to mentor and train junior staff as the Aberdeen team grows.
You will be looking to advance your career along side the other 150 members of the finance team world wide.
