The role of a Senior Contracts Manager within this organisation will be to establish and develop long term successful contracts within a residential market. You will have full P & L responsibility and ensure that company targets are achieved and that the clients KPI's are met. It will also be key that you have the ability to motivate and manage your team as well as build strong relationships through the clients at board level.
Who we're looking for
Based in either the Midlands,South West, or Wales the ideal Senior Contracts Manager will come from a background of managing contracts in the maintenance/service sector. A sound understanding of the social housing industry and/or domestic property maintenance would be desirable. It will be key that you have the ability to Manage high profile, high value contracts.

What's on offer
