As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for establishing a small team looking at new finance products for this business. You will be responsible for the all operational aspects, including assessing customer's applications and risk on any lending.

Who we're looking for
This role would suit a candidate familiar with the sub-prime market with experience managing a small team and ideally some underwriting/risk assessment experience.
