As a General manager with our client you will be an outstanding people manager and have a fantastic eye for detail. You will be responsible for the day to day running for a busy restaurant and bar. You will have full P&L Accountability. You will be tasked with making sure that the business is run to very high service standards and you will be uncompromising as you strive for excellence.
