Junior company commercial lawyer required to join my client's highly successful and ever expanding team. The role will include typical company commercial duties which will include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and commercial agreements. You will be working in a team of 4 and reporting to a partner.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates who are committed to a career in company commercial law and who either live locally or have a genuine reason for moving to East Anglia. Candidates due to qualify in March and those who are recently qualified will also be considered as well as any other company commercial lawyer with relevant experience. Marketing skills are additionally essential.
