About our client
For many people, Twining epitomizes tea. Since Twinings first started in 1706, they've been using their blending expertise to create high quality teas that now, nearly 300 years later, are enjoyed in over 100 different countries across the world. Part of a FTSE100 organisation, the ABF Group (turnover circa £6.8 billion), Twinings has continued to enjoy year on year growth. Whilst most of this growth has been organic via the development of new flavours of fruit teas, speciality coffees and branching into new geographies, in 2002 they added to their portfolio through the acquisition of the Ovaltine brand.

At Twinings, they believe it's the right mix of initiative, innovation and ambition that defines both the business and the people who work with for them. They have a set of core values that run right through the organisation and include "Aim High", "Collaborate", "Create New Ways" and "The Freedom To Act". The office environment is open door where creativity and forward thinking is encouraged.

Twinings is big enough to help you take your career where you want it to be, but not so big that you don't have a voice. That's the difference at Twinings. Every contribution counts and your influence will be felt.
