Our client is looking to expand its charities and social economy team with the recruitment of an additional Solicitor. The team cover corporate governance, corporate finance, employee share schemes, commercial contracts and mergers of charities and charity law for charities and social economy clients. The workload will be advice on charities, including formations and governance and general commercial work for charities and social economy clients.

Who we're looking for
The post will suit a Solicitor who is interested in combining company/commercial skills with advice to charities and social enterprises in the UK.
