Our Client seeks to recruit a Commercial Property solicitor to join their highly successful team in Sussex. The work will includea broad range of commercial property matters including land acquisition for house builders and housing associations, individual developers, security work for financial institutions and commercial leases for various retail and manufacturing companies
Who we're looking for
You will:
• Be experienced enough within commercial Property to manage your own caseload unsupervised
• Have a good range of experience within commercial property matters
• Be an effective communicator and a team player
• Be willing to participate in all marketing/business development activities as instructed.
