The Reward team provide a range of tailored remuneration and benefits services to customers both internally and externally.
The Reward Manager role a 12mth contractto deliver on a specific major client project - a large scale, complex annual pay and bonus review, as well as having a leadership role within the Reward team. This role is responsible for managing internal and commercial processes and being a role model within the team for service and quality.
The reward advisors are responsible for managing customer relationships, developing Remuneration & Benefits work programmes and delivering projects to customers. The roles are varied, customer facing and project based.
