As an area manager with Greggs on the South Coast, you will be responsible for delivering growth and providing your team with a fun and supportive environment to work in. This will involve:
• Driving standards across your shops
• Driving sales and profit
• Training and development of your staff and management populations
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Who we're looking for
As a Greggs area manager, you will lead from the front. You will be able to understand and motivate your team, and possess an exceptional flare for retail. You will have a track record in managing either a large food-led retail outlet delivering over £70k/week, or in a cluster/multi-site retail/food service role
