The Pensions groups currently comprises of 3 Partners, 6 Associates, 1 Professional Support Lawyer, 2 trainee solicitors and 1 Paralegal based across both the Leeds & Manchester offices.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have;
• A commercial & common sense approach to issues, together with a sound technical understanding of the law.
• Relevant experience in pensions is preferred.
• A good academic background.
• A proven track record in a large commercial firm, whether post qualification or training contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely well respected pensions team, the work of the group is varied and includes:
• Scheme advisory
• Transactional support
• Pensions litigation
Successful applicants will also need the following skills:
• A commercial & common sense approach to issues, together with a sound technical understanding of the law.
• Team Player.
• The ability to identify and support business development opportunities, supporting the establishment of strong client relationships at all levels.
