this role will to aid the business to meet key objectives through the innovative use of their human resource, by leading, participating in and contributing to a variety of project based assignments.
The successful candidate will:
• Manage and participate in projects, change programmes, HR and organisational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities.
• Effectively provide high quality HR activity.
• Successfully deliver tailor made business solutions.
• Effectively measure HR activity and value add, utilising MI, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms.
• Engage stakeholders (HR team, specialists, business etc) in support of initiatives
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• Exposure of working in a complex business or consultancy environment.
• Small to medium size project managementtrack record
• Knowledge of diagnosing and solving problems
• The ability to work in a new and adapting matrix based structure with a large volume of high priority tasks.
• Be aware of and comply on an ongoing basis with the rules and requirements of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and any other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks
