Shift Manager

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage the day to day operation of your shift and ensure efficient and cost effective practices are maintained. You will be responsible for the monitoring and development of staff as well as promoting a conducive atmosphere for continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for
Successful applicants will preferably have had exposure to an FMCG environment as well as having effective management skills. Your knowledge of a highly automated industry and excellent planning skills will be essential in leading your team. Knowledge of MRP systems and legislation surrounding food manufacture would also be beneficial.
