Based out of Chippenham this role will be supporting a Global Employee base our client is looking to identify an HR Business Partner who is keen to drive their career forward within a global business. With operations based in China, Singapore, Vancouver and Taiwan occasional international travel will be required for this role.
Managing a varied portfolio of stakeholders within a complex environment you will need to be comfortable with working within a fast paced business and challenging the status quo. Strategically focused you will be challenged with engaging management with and supporting your customers with:
• Talent Management
• Employee engagement
• Absence management
• Employee relations
As a champion of the HR agenda you will be fully engaged with your key stakeholders to help them achieve their respective business plans.
Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified HR Professionals
• A forward thinking commercial approach to HR
• Strong communication skills
• A strong track record in stakeholder development / engagement
• International HR experience is beneficial
