Our client is looking for an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join their South Coast commercial litigation team.
You will be working for major insurance companies and will be assisting the Department Head as well as running your own caseload of mainly high value property damage disputes which will proceed to the Technology & Construction Court if they are not settled.
The Commercial Litigation department deal with both Claimant and Defendant matters and this would include acting for insurer clients in pursuing their subrogated claims.
You will be working in a challenging environment and reporting to the Department Head.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a solicitor who has gained extensive experience of defendant and claimant commercial litigation and in particular experience in property damage claims and working with insurers.
Ideally you will be able to work with minimal supervision on your own caseload.
Our client is looking for aconfident and personable solicitor who will be able to liaise with insurer clients.
