Finance Director

Managing the finance, ICT and administration functions across the business, reporting directly to the CEO. Providing commercial acumen and an internal early warning system to the business.
• To ensure the correct strategy is developed to ensure Finance and ICT continually meet and foresee the needs of the business.
• To proactively support the Divisional and Board Directors to realise delivery of enhancement of the company's Business strategy and goals.
• Preparation of monthly management information with joint administration of the Bonus scheme in conjunction with the HRD. The creation of an early warning system with corrective solutions suggested.
• Provide guidance and support in the Executive Board meetings to suggest actions to reduce costs and/or maximise productivity and profitability.

Who we're looking for
An appropriate level of Senior Management experience probably with a national contractor. The individual will have responsibility for all aspects of financial control and reporting for a minimum of a £120 million turnover operation.
• Exceptional candidates from outside this industry would be considered.
• Expert knowledge of accounting, compliance, audit trends and practice.
• A broad commercial/business acumen.
• A stable and proven track record of a business that has been through controlled and sustainable growth.
The ability to identify risk and mitigate.
