Contentious Probate Solicitor;required to develop the Contentious Probate work in this busy Private Client department.
Good opportunity for career development with this private practice in Salisbury.
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified Solicitorwho has worked in aprivate client or general litigation team and gained a knowledge and understanding of the basics of private client law and civil procedure and demonstratesa willingness to combine them both.
You will need working knowledge ofcivil procedure, will drafting and basic inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trust law and enduring powers of attorney / receivership. It would also be helpful if you had knowledge of non-contentious probate rules, claims against personal representatives, Family Provisions Claims, equities, trust law and administration, IHT, CGT and other personal tax planning, lifetime settlements.
You will need to be a team player, client friendly, proactive, hard working and computer literate.
Membership of S.T.E.Pwould be desirable.
