The Regional HR Business Partner will assist store managers in the key areas of results and people performance. You will be accountable for the performance of 40 retail stores, hence your focus will be on improving performance through upskilling and coaching managers. You will also take responsibility for escalated, complex ER issues.
The role is field based covering the South West.
Who we're looking for
• Proven commercial track record
• Multi-site experience<BR>• Strategic and Pro-Active approach to Business Partnering
• Retail background preferable but not essential
