Our client is looking for an experienced professional negligence solicitor to to join their South Coast office.
You will be acting for Claimants and will be responsible for managing all professional negligence matters in the department. The majority of the work will be from insurer clients and will be against solicitors and surveyors.
You will be also be assisting the commercial litigation department in relation to property damage claims.
You will be working in a challenging environment.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a solicitor who:
• has gained extensive experience in professional negligence matters;
• has Claimant experience and has worked for major insurance companies;
• can work independently with minimal experience;
• is confident and personable and can liaise with insurer clients
About our client
This client is a well regarded niche private practice firm on the South Coast, who is developing its professional negligence practice.
